Communication Enterprises Management Staff:

Paul G. Poor, President/Owner/General Manager, Paul has
been in the two-way radio business since 1980, and has attended
both management and technical training classes on a variety
of manufactures equipment. Paul is a graduate of DeVry Technical
Institute of Phoenix in 1980.
Our technical staff consists of the following personnel:
Dwahn “Dean” Coble, Technician, FCC General
Radiotelephone license PG 11-14691, Dean has been employed
with Communication Enterprises since 1974 after four years
in the Navy as a radioman and has attended numerous factory-training
sessions on a variety of manufactures equipment including
Motorola, General Electric, Harris Corp, Microwave Data Systems
and EF Johnson.
Ronald Thome, Technician, FCC General Radiotelephone license
PG 11-10176, Ron graduated Devry Technical Institute of Phoenix
in 1975 and has been employed with Communication Enterprises
on two occasions 1975-1982 and 1990-present, Ron was also
a partner in San Joaquin Two-Way and employed with AirCall
of California when Communication Enterprises bought the Bakersfield
office from FleetCall (NEXTEL) in 1989. Ron has attended
numerous factory-training sessions on a variety of manufactures
equipment including Motorola, General Electric, Harris Corp,
Microwave Data Systems and EF Johnson.
James Tinsley, Service Manager, James has worked for Communication
Enterprises since 1994 and prior to that had worked for Telecom
Communications in Oxnard California. James early training
was primarily on Motorola mobiles, portables and repeaters.
In Oxnard James tested and received his Nabor Technician
Certificate. Since being employed with Communication Enterprises,
James has attended numerous factory-training sessions on
a variety of manufactures equipment including Motorola, General
Electric, Harris Corp, and Microwave Data Systems.
William Martindale, Technician, Bill has recently accepted
a position with Communication Enterprises and has Ten years
experience in the installation and repair of two-way radios,
SCADA Systems, Fiber Optics, Ayaya Definity and Harris PBX.
Bill has numerous training certificates on the installation
and repair of fiber optics and CAT3/5 systems. Bill has a
C7 low-voltage contractors license.
Marvin Herron, Dispatcher, Marvin’s has worked for
Communication Enterprises since 1992 and is primarily trained
in installation. Marvin became the service dispatcher in
1999 and is in charge of scheduling, invoicing and inventory.
Richard Lopez, Installer, Richard has recently accepted a position
with Communication Enterprises and has Fifteen years experience
in the installation of Two-way radios and has extensive experience
in commercial electrical business and a C-10 electrical contractors
license.
